Dietitians

  • Ellie Livingston, MS, RD, LD

Ellie Livingston is a registered dietitian who loves Jesus and resides in North Alabama with her husband and two daughters. She has personally been set free from a variety of struggles with food and body image, which gives her passion for helping others. During her own healing journey, she felt called to study nutrition in order to learn the truth about food and the body to become a resource for people seeking freedom from their own struggles with food, exercise, and negative body image. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition in 2019 and received a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition in 2020. Her dietetic internship through the University of Alabama allowed her to serve at an eating disorder treatment facility where her passion for eating disorders grew. She has since worked in multiple levels of care in eating disorder treatment and now solely provides outpatient support.

Ellie is exceedingly and abundantly blessed beyond all she could have asked or imagined to now be on the other side of the client-dietitian relationship and would be honored to walk with you on your journey to freedom!
